Mirrors are simple and essential decor that can also double the light in your small space.
Here are some ways to use mirrors to advantage when your square footage is low.

Utilize natural light by placing mirrors across from windows to help make your space brighter and seem larger.
Place a full-floor length mirror at the end of a hallway to help elongate the space.
When in doubt, add a mirror. They can go almost anywhere.
Hang or lean a mirror outside on your balcony space to make it look larger - just be careful not to trick the birds into flying into it .
Pairing mirrors with small art pieces helps add dimension and colour to a white wall.
Add two mirrors that are symmetrical on either side of a fire place or over twin bed side-tables.
